Unfortunately, it is not possible to cancel an order after it has been placed.

If you receive a damaged package, please contact our customer service as soon as possible via the contact form and always mention your order number. We may ask you for photos of the condition in which you received the package.

Unfortunately, exchanging is not possible. Would you prefer a different product? Return the item according to our return conditions and place a new order.

For shipping to the Netherlands and Belgium: ordered before 21:00, delivered the next day. Orders placed on Saturday will be delivered on Monday. For other countries, the delivery time is 1 to 5 working days, depending on the country of destination.

When you have placed an order, you will receive a shipping confirmation with track & trace from us. This way you can see exactly when and in what time frame the order will be delivered.

Orders within the Netherlands and Belgium are shipped for FREE with a minimum order value of €75. Shipping costs for other countries are calculated during checkout.

Delivery is possible to all countries within the EU. You can therefore order for delivery to the following countries: Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Denmark, Germany, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Slovakia, Spain, Czech Republic and Sweden.

1. Return request
To request a return, please contact us by sending an email to carmitools@outlook.com

It is important to include the following information in the email:
- Name
- Order number
- Reason for return

2. Return form
After your request, you will receive the return form from us.
Please fill this out completely and add the form to the original packaging.

The return form shows the address where you can send the package.

Send the items including the return form in the original packaging to us. Make sure you provide the package with a track & trace code, as the sender you are responsible. Therefore, keep the shipping receipt well.

3. Refund
After receipt and inspection of the return shipment, you will receive the purchase amount of the products (excl. shipping costs) back. The refund will be processed in the same way as the original payment. In case the purchase was (partly) paid with a gift card, the amount originally paid with the gift card will be returned as credit on the original gift card. You will be notified of the refund by e-mail.

The amount will be refunded within 14 days.
